RSVP SYRAH - 2015

The only vintage of any varietal thus far to meet the winemaker's designation of a "Reserve" wine. Done in the old world "Hermitage" style, this Syrah has won many Gold and Double-Gold medals and is the winery's epitome Syrah.

LE TOILLE - 2016

A Syrah for the ages, big, bold and unashamed of having real structure and mouthfeel. Inky and brooding, our Star goes with game, lamb and even that juicy NY Strip; or just stands alone and poses for the boys.

the WINES

Silver Medal - Denver Intl'l Wine Comp. 2016

Our award winning Rhône style wines are crafted from premium wine grapes sourced from only the best vineyards in the Paso Robles, CA AVA, and occasionally the Grand Valley AVA in Colorado.  It is our passion for Rhône wines that we share through exacting winemaking, resulting in the finest most hedonistic wines in Colorado!

Le DIABLE- 2016

Primarily Mourvedre, our GSM  tricks you into believing it will be light and fruity, but the Devil is in the details. With 24 months in French Oak and a gamy earthiness that somehow hides behind its truffle and black cherry facade, it's sinful.

LA MORT - 2016

A full bodied wine that starts and ends in Petite Sirah. This wine is unabashedly showing off big black fruit before deftly punching you in the mouth with rich tannins and lush violets. No doubt it is a wine even Death could be proud of.

LA JUSTICE - 2017

A medium bodied Grenache Noir that celebrates the beauty and notorious temperament of the varietal. Bombastic Bing cherry, carmel notes on the nose, and a nice oaky finish deliver this wonderfully balanced wine.

LE PAPE - 2017

The winemaker's homage to the great winemaking region of Chateauneuf du Pape. This is a Cinsault based blend with Syrah, Mourvedre, and a splash of Petite Sirah. Bright and cheerful, this complex papal beauty is already winning Gold medals.
